The bathroom left much to be desired!!! A noisy environment interrupted sleep, and the lack of flexibility with reservations was quite frustrating. More upgrades are needed for comfort and safety around the towel rail.

Room had air conditioning, a comfy large bed, and a modern bathroom. Breakfast was freshly prepared with plenty of choices. Staff were really friendly and helpful. The grounds are picturesque and quiet, perfect for a drink outside. Bar meals were reasonably priced too. a great spot for a relaxing getaway.

We had an awesome group getaway! The staff were super friendly and the food was delicious. Rooms were spacious, and we enjoyed the lovely views from our windows. Plus, we loved hanging out in the main lounge area together while the kids were playing nearby. I recommend trying their breakfast – it was fantastic.

On the downside, navigating to my room was a hassle. I was told I had a ground floor room, but I had to go up stairs first, which was very inconvenient due to my injury.

I had a lovely stay at Best Western in Aston. The grounds were beautiful and well-kept, perfect for a stroll. The staff were incredibly friendly, always greeting me with a smile. My room was spacious, featuring a comfortable king-size bed that allowed for a perfect night's sleep. I did encounter a few issues. The heating in my room wasn't working properly, leaving it a bit chilly at times. I also noticed some dirt in the corners that could use a bit of attention from housekeeping. The breakfast spread was delightful, especially the freshly made pastries. Even though the service took a while during breakfast, the quality of the food made up for it. a pleasant stay with a few hiccups.

I absolutely loved my stay! The garden area was an absolute delight to wander around, with lush greenery that made my heart sing. The breakfast was a feast for my senses, featuring a scrumptious mix of hot dishes and a gorgeous continental spread, with staff who made me feel right at home!

The hotel was beautifully set in scenic gardens 🌳 which made my stay so pleasant. my room wasn't clean and I found a cobweb in the bathroom. it was a lovely stay!

our stay at best western was fantastic! the standard double room was exceptionally clean, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the breakfast was delicious with plenty of choice, and i loved the evening meals, especially the special brownie dessert for my birthday! the staff went above and beyond to make my day special.

We had a lovely stay! Our room was super comfy and bright, making it a nice retreat. The food was seriously good, especially the presentation! Just wish the bar prices weren't so high—it felt like we were getting a bit ripped off. Staff were really friendly and made our short visit enjoyable.

Had a lovely one-night stay in a Standard Double Room and really enjoyed the spacious vibe and comfy bed. The outdoor garden felt perfect for unwinding after a long day with its serene atmosphere and plenty of seating. The only hiccup was figuring out the heating, which took a bit longer to warm up, but it didn't ruin the overall experience. 🌼
